Biography
Jef is an Equal Justice Works Fellow and was awarded the 2007 Ennis Foundation’s Fellowship for First Amendment Law to support his work on free speech in telecommunications and media law at Public Knowledge. He has also a member of the California Bar and assists Public Knowledge as a staff attorney. More details can be found on the staff page.
