Today, Hispanic Tech & Telecommunications Partnerships recognized Public Knowledge Senior Policy Counsel Nicholas P. Garcia as one of HTTP’s 2026 Tech Innovadores for his work advancing digital equity. HTTP’s Tech Innovadores award celebrates the extraordinary work of leaders who represent the best and brightest minds in technology and telecommunications. Each year, HTTP recognizes visionary leaders advancing technology access, broadband connectivity, and digital opportunity for communities across the nation. Honorees will be recognized at a reception at the Hotel Zena in Washington, D.C. on February 10.
