Public Knowledge joined Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC), Benton Institute for Broadband & Society, and others in filing comments to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in response to Chair Carr’s “Delete, Delete, Delete” proceedings. The comments highlight the need for incarcerated consumers and their families to have access to affordable communications tools as required under the Martha Wright-Reed Act.
