    Public Knowledge joined Sports Fans Coalition (SFC), the American Economic Liberties Project (AELP), the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF), and Open Markets Institute (OMI) in filing an amicus brief in FuboTV v. Disney, et al., supporting the plaintiffs’ motion for a preliminary injunction. The plaintiffs’ motion would prevent the defendants, including Disney, ESPN, Hulu, Fox, and Warner Bros. Discovery, from proceeding with their joint streaming service Venu Sports, citing harms to competition and the public interest.
