TCPA Robocall Petition Amicus Brief

Public Knowledge joined Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC), Consumer Federation of America, and National Association of State Utility Consumer Advocates in submitting an amicus brief to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. The brief calls for the court to submit a recent panel decision on Federal Communications Commission (FCC)’s authority under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) in implementing a one-to-one consent rule for robocalls for en banc review.
