Public Knowledge joined National Congress of American Indians, Tribal Digital Village Network and others in submitting comments to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in support of a Tribal Licensing Window (TLW) for spectrum auctions of the Upper C-Band. The comments highlight the ways in which previous tribal auction priority windows have been successful, as well as the importance of fostering spectrum access on Tribal lands.
