Part six of our ongoing 10 Years of the DMCA video interview series features Peter Jaszi, Professor of Law and Faculty Director of the Glushko-Samuelson Intellectual Property Clinic at the Washington College of Law at American University. At the time of the DMCA’s drafting, Professor Jaszi was involved with a group called the Digital Future Coalition, which made recommendations to the policymakers who were responsible for crafting the DMCA.
