    Public Knowledge joined New America’s Open Technology Institute (OTI) in filing comments in response to the Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (FNPRM) on ensuring equal and open access to the 70 GHz, 80 GHz, and 90 GHz band, also known as the “E-band”, as well as in support of database sharing for the 70 GHz and 80 GHz bands.
