Over the past few weeks, I've written about the struggle in Maryland, ultimately unsuccessful, for legislation to require reporting of broadband deployment and to recommend Net Neutrality policies.
The key legislator in all of this is Del. Herman Taylor (D). He recently was interviewed by Montgomery Community TV, and the interview made its way to YouTube via our friends at Free Press.
