    I'll do more on this later, but I thought I'd post the vote on the Markey amendment, which went down 22-24. It's very easy. One Republican voted for it, Heather Wilson from New Mexico, who voted for it in subcommittee.

    These Democrats voted against it. Ed Towns of New York, Bobby Rush of Illinois, Albert Wynn of Maryland, Gene Green and Charlie Gonzales from Texas.

    Two Dems who didn't vote the first time at the Telecom Subcommittee, Sherrod Brown of Ohio and Bart Gordon of Tennessee, voted for Markey. Eliot Engel of New York and Bart Stupak from Michigan, both Democrats, voted against net neutrality at the subcommittee, but voted yes at full committee.
