Public Knowledge joined the Responsible Online Commerce Coalition (ROCC) in submitting comments in response to the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) and Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) Request for Public Comment on Corporate Consolidation Through Serial Acquisitions and Roll-Up Strategies.
