VOIP Declaratory Ruling Petition

The Federal Communications Commission’s failure to regulate VoIP service — a technology that enables consumers to make voice calls over the internet protocol network — currently harms consumers and competition. The FCC must make VoIP a Title II telecommunications service so the agency can ensure everyone has access to reliable, quality voice service.
