Public Knowledge Welcomes New Member to Board of Directors

New Board of Directors member, Brian Vo, brings mission-driven investing and finance expertise to support the public interest.

Public Knowledge is proud to announce a new member has joined its Board of Directors. Brian Vo will join nine other board members to provide Public Knowledge with strategic counsel and leadership.

Brian Vo, Chief Investment Officer at Connect Humanity, leads the organization’s investment efforts to structure the right type of financing solution that meets the needs of organizations advancing digital equity. He previously served as the Vice President of Social Investment and Innovative Finance at Pact, Inc., a global development NGO. Prior to Pact, Mr. Vo was a director at Quantified Ventures, where he designed outcomes-based transactions for nonprofit and for-profit social enterprises. With McKinsey & Company’s Strategy/Corporate Finance and Public/Social Sector Practices, Mr. Vo advised clients on a range of topics including economic development, growth strategies, capital allocation, operational turnarounds, and transaction structuring.
